Hyderabad Court Summons to Pawan Kalyan

Hyderabad, Jul 03: In a shocking news, Hyderabad City Civil Court (Third Additional Judge) had issued notices to Janasena President Pawan Kalyan to appear before it on 24th of this month.

As we know that, ABN MD Vemuri Radhakrishna had filed a Rs 10 crore defamation suit on Pawan Kalyan for making adverse tweets against him and ABN Andhra Jyothi over actress Sri Reddy row. It has to be seen if Pawan Kalyan attends or evades the court in one way or other.

Earlier, Radhakrishna asked Pawan Kalyan to withdraw his tweet statements as they are damaging the reputation of his organization but the Jana Sena leader did not respond to his request.

The Janasenani is rumored to have compromised with TV9 out of the court in the eve of the channel's prominence in Andhra Pradesh Politics in the wake of 2019 Elections.

ABN Radhakrishna is keen on taking it to a logical conclusion as Pawan Kalyan made some really insulting comments on Social Media.
