Hyderabad, June 24: Here is the good news for the WhatsApp lovers, as WhatsApp is working on setting up a 24-hour customer support for users of its payments services that is slated to be rolled out in India in the coming weeks.

The popular messaging app WhatsApp appropriately pushes the launch of Payments service. Payment services have already been made available to more than a million WhatsApp customers.

Payment services in India will be officially opened in the next few days. A 24-hour customer service center will also be set up in this backdrop. In addition to compromising the customer's concerns about payments, any fraud will be immediately responded.

At present, there are more than 200 million WhatsApp users in India, and WhatsApp staff will be ready to answer a Toll-Free number and e-mail to provide all of these services.

'We have set up a service center for 24 hours a day. Our team can contact users at any time via email, tollfree number. At present, our staff will be answered in English, Hindi, Marathi, and Gujarati, "said officials of WhatsApp.

Whatsapp has updated his privacy policy in the wake of opening up of payments services. 'It's a simplified language that says how this feature works. These regulations have been implemented since the beta version was launched in relation to these services, "the official spokesman said.

He said the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) and Banks and the Government of India are discussing this issue. The NPCI approved the agreement with banks to pay for the Unified Payments Interface (UPI).
