Addressing the nation in 47th edition of Mann Ki Baat, PM Modi talked about the historic cricket Test match between India-Afghanistan and said that India should feel proud as Afghanistan played their first Test cricket against India.

Modi hailed the efforts of Rashid Khan and termed him as an asset to the world of cricket.

Talking about the cricket match, Modi said that when the Indian cricket team was handed over the winning trophy, they warmly invited the Afghanistan team members on the stage for photographs.
