Virat Kohli's Madame Tussauds Wax Statue Damaged

New Delhi, June 08: Virat Kohli's wax statue was launched in Madam Tussauds in Delhi yesterday. The wax statue was damaged by fans scrambling to see it.


According to reports, the right ear of Kohli's statue was damaged when fans flocked to the attraction to take selfies, leading to the statue being removed and sent for repairs.


The museum officials immediately moved to their workshop to correct this statue. Kohli is third in the Indian cricket team, who has been ranked at the famous Madame Tussauds museum. Previously, the iconic cricketers Kapil Dev and Sachin Tendulkar got the honor.

Iconic Madame Tussauds attracts a lot of visitors who come to catch a glimpse of their favourite stars in reel. It is also a trend that people are spotted clicking pictures and selfies, when inside the Madame Tussauds.
