Airtel Introduces Airtel Home

New Delhi, May 06: Bharti Airtel came up with a new idea. The company is known for pre-paid, post-paid cellular services, home broadband, DTH services.

According to sources, A single bill is issued to any one of the providers of Airtel services, no matter how many connections and services they receive without issuing separate bills.

Moreover, the bill will give a 10 percent discount. It will be termed as Airtel Home, which will also allow customers to consolidate their bills into one, is part of the company's initiatives to retain and attract subscribers amid continuing competition.

The move, which the market leader Airtel termed as an industry first, comes when arch rival Reliance Jio is also reported to be planning to introduce a bundled offer to include voice calls, high-speed broadband and JioTV.

That means the bill is the same for how many connections to a home. First of all, availing air services is considered to be premium customers. They will create a customer care unit to be used to respond faster.

Airtel customers should download My Air Tel App for this service. In this app you will need to add connections to Airtel.
