Beat Plastic Pollution: Bollywood stars show their style

Mumbai, June 06: At present, FitNess challenge has been going rounds on the internet, all the celebrities have taken a part in that, many of the celebs post their fitness on Social media. Now a new challenge has emerged on social media.

According to the details, #BeatPlasticPollution is a new challenge that has emerged on social media, which was initiated by the UN Environment Goodwill Ambassador, Dia Mirza.

The reason behind this challenge is to spread awareness about the ill-effects of plastic and Dia recently posted a picture in which a large number of plastic bottles, that are harmful towards the environment, were scattered in an open area.

From this aspect, Expressing her concern, Alia Bhatt posted a picture of herself with a steel water bottle instead of a plastic one to contribute to this challenge. She nominated a few of her industry friends, Arjun Kapoor, Varun Dhawan and Sonam Kapoor Ahuja to take on this eco-friendly challenge forward.

While Arjun Kapoor responded immediately by posting a picture with a metal bottle, Sonam Kapoor retweeted Alia Bhatt's post and Varun Dhawan has not responded yet. Arjun further challenged Ranveer Singh, Anushka Sharma, and Parineeti Chopra.
