Patanjali alleges Modi Historic decisions

New Delhi, May 26: Ram Dev Baba Pathanjali company officials made serious allegations on Prime Minister Narendra Modi here on Today.

Patanjali, the fastest growing company with Ayurveda and natural products in the consumer products sector. In 2009, Patanjali, who has been unhappy with unpredictable profits since its inception in the production of consumer products, is expected to double its profits by 2018. The turnover of products achieved in 2017 stands at Rs 10, 500 crores. In 2018, the Patanjali has not earned a single Paisa Profit.

Patanjali Managing Director, Acharya Balakran, told the media that Prime Minister Narendra Modi had canceled big notes in the country and failed to make any progress because of introduction of GST. The company is expected to reach Rs. 20,000 crore by 2018. Patanjali is selling nearly a thousand products from personal consumption to households and food items.

With this cancelation of Large Notes and GST our growuth has drastically changed., MD told.

The official said the increase in competition for Patanjali products was the introduction of Hindustan Lever Company in 2015 by the Hindutha brand for hair care, and the Colgate company to bring Herbal toothpaste in 2016 and the Ayush brand even last year's Herbal Personnel Care product. In fact, Herbal products revenue grew by 13.5 per cent in 2018, according to a report by Nielsen India.
