Vijayawada, May 21: In a shocking Incident, The Veteran writer, novelist Yaddanapudi Sulochana Rani passed away at California here on Monday.
According to the sources, She has written more than 60 novels, and her novel Meena was adapted by Trivikram Srinivas for his film A Aa.
Sulochana Rani was an extremely popular writer during the 70's and 80's with her novels which emphasised on human to human relations.
The writer, who hailed from Kaza village of Krishna district, was 78.
The Typical Writer was born in 1940 in Kaza village in Muvva Mandal, Krishna district. Meena, Jeevana Tarangalu, Secretary, Radha Krishna, Agni Poolu, Chandipriya, Prema Lekhalu, Bangaaru Kalalu, Vijetha, Jai Jawan, Aatma Gowravam, Prema Deepika, Girija Kalyanam, Atmeeyulu etc. are the novels which were made into films.
