Megastar's 'Sye Raa' theatrical rights sold for Record Price

Hyderabad, May 18: Tollywood munch anticipated flick 'Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy' starred Megastar Chiranjeevi as the lead role, which is one of the most awaited films in recent times, reportedly sold its theatrical rights at a huge amount.

According to the reports, the film has sold its theatrical rights at a whopping price of Rs 150 crore in the Telugu states only.

The movie is carrying a lot of expectations as this is the biopic of popular freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy, who dared to revolt against British officers in Indian in 1846. He was hanged by the British in 1847.

Produced under actor Ram Charan's home banner Konidela Production Company, 'Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy' is directed by Surender Reddy. The film is reportedly made on a budget of Rs 150 crore. Megastar Chiranjeevi and Nayanthara are playing the lead roles in the film.
