YS Jagans Praja Sankalpa Yatra crosses another milestone

West Godavari, May 14: The Andhra Pradesh opposition leader and YSR Congress President YS Jagan's Praja Sankalpa Yatra has reached 2000 KMS Milestone.

The Praja Sankalpa Yatra of YSR Congress Party president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy entered West Godavari district on Sunday as he crossed the bridge at Peda Yadlagadi, a village on the boarder of Krishna and West Godavari districts.

Hundreds of party activists accorded him a warm welcome on arrival. The walkathon later proceeded towards Kalakurru before reaching Maheswarapuram for night halt.

He will address a public meeting in Eluru today evening with May 14 sentiment, as his father YSR was also in west Godavari on May 14 in 2004 during his padayatra and his sister Sharmila also completed her 2000 kms padayatra in West Godavari on May 14 in 2009 and inaugurated 20 ft YSR's statue in Ravikampadu. Jagan will cover 13 constituencies in WG during his 30 days padayatra.

To mark the occasion, he would unveil a 40-feet pylon in the presence of senior leaders. Mr. Reddy would cover 13 Assembly constituencies, walking a stretch of 250 km in the district before entering East Godavari.
