Another Minor rape incident unveiled in Dachepalli

Guntur, May 12: Here is another minor rape incident has occurred in Dachepalli, where the 9 yrs old girl raped in Guntur district.

Coming to details,A 17-year- old girl was made pregnant. Tension prevailed atDachepalli due to the fresh incident.

The accused Sk. Mabuvali, 45, a local TDP leader allegedly sexually exploited the 17-year-old minor girl for the last four or five months.

V Venkateswarlu, the Station House Officer at Dachepalli Police Station, stated that they have lodged a case against Mabuvali based on the complaint of both the victim and her sister. Pregnancy was confirmed by the government doctors, the SHO said.

The police apprehended the accused and a case is being registered under section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 and under IPC 376.

The girl's mother died long ago and her father is an old man. She is a school dropout at eighth standard and her sister also stopped education at intermediate level. The girl also has two brothers and they work as construction labourers.

Reacting on the incident, local TDP MLA Yarapatineni Srinivasa Rao stated that if they found the party men as guilty then the party will suspend them.

This crime against minor girl happened within days after AP CM Chandrababu Naidu issued a stern warning.
