Couple allegedly commits Suicide

Hyderabad, May 13: Here is a drastic incident, A couple allegedly committed suicide by hanging in their house at Laxmareddy Palem in Ranga Reddy district of Telangana.

The couple is identified as G Srujan Reddy (38) and his wife Sarika (35) took the extreme step on Friday night but it came to light on Saturday morning when their relatives got no response after they telephoned them. Later they contacted the colony's watchman. The watchman who noticed their hanging informed to the police.

Srujan Reddy was working as a Manager in Padmavathi Function Hall in the same area.

The exact cause for the couple to take the extreme step is yet to be ascertained, police said.

Hayatnagar Police, who registered a case in this connection, sent the bodies of the couple to Osmania General Hospital, here for post-mortem.
