Modi demands 50 then and declines it to 47 now; CM-PM rules changed?

Amaravati, May 10: Andhra Pradesh Finance Minister Yanamala Ramakrishnudu criticized Modi on the share of taxes to be given to the states. He said, When Modi was the Chief Minister of Gujarat state, his demand to the taxes were one type and now as a Prime Minister he speaks the other type on the share of taxes.

Speaking at the second-day collector conference in Amravati, Yanamala claimed:

Modi demanded 50 percent stake to the state from the center when he was the CM of Gujarat but now it was downgraded to 47 percent in his Prime Minister period and criticized for declining the share to below 47 percent.

Finally, he questioned Modi,

As a CM of the state you can demand 50% share, but after becoming the PM of the country you will reduce the rate of the percent?

What changed from CM to PM?
