TG Gurukul CET-2018 Results declared

Hyderabad, May 08: TG Gurukul CET -2018 results have been announced here on Tuesday.
The candidates were advised to visit the website tgcet.cgg.gov.in for the results and admission details.
M Sashank of Kumaram Bheem district topped the entrance exam by securing 95 marks out of 100, U Hymavathi of Wanaparthy district scored 94, L Vyshali of Warangal Rural district scored 92 marks and K Krishna Prasad of Nalgonda district secured 92 marks, TG Gurukul CET convenor RS Praveen Kumar said in a press release.
For the academic year 2018-19, 39700 students, i.e. 17,200 boys and 22,500 girls will be admitted into 5th class in 497 welfare residential schools across Telangana.
The candidates are selected based on the marks secured in the exam reservation pattern and preference given at the time of submitting the online application, according to the press release.
A call letter will be sent to the selected students by the Principal concerned by May 10 and the selected students should join in the allotted institution from May 11 onwards and the last date is May 20.
The second selection list will be generated against the overall available vacancies and declared by May 30.
