Dachepalli rape case: Is it a suicide (or) murder; hanging picture doubted

Guntur, May 04: Rama Subbaiah, who was accused of raping a minor at Dachepalli in Guntur district, was found hanging to the tree at Daida Amaralingeswara temple of Gurujala Mandalam.

As soon as after receiving the information, the cops reached the spot and seized the body. Home Minister Chinarajappa made a statement saying that the dead man is none other than the rape convict.

However, his relatives are suspicious about Subbaiah's death. Somebody had killed him and portraying it as suicide, claiming relatives of the accused.

When a picture of the convict hanging to the tree was shown by the cops, it is seen that his legs touching the ground seems to be the Murder.
