Rape case: Who should be blamed?

Hyderabad, May 01: What happened to the society? Are we responsible? Don't we have human relations?

The incidents taking place in the society are making to feel so.

Sexual harassment - the very worst thing to hear always.

Till Today, the Nation hasn't still forgotten Asifa the kathua rape victim. Now, one more rape on three-years-old has made each and every individual to feel shame.

A three-year-old baby, who even don't know to speak properly was badly raped by a young man in Jaipuram of Mahabubabad, Telangana.

Observing the girl lonely at home, Mehaboob(the accused) has taken the girl into the village outskirts after he impressed her to buy chocolates. Making the situation as an advantage, the youngster had molested the baby.

According to the information from the sources, the minor baby was bleeding after she was noticed. The girl was immediately rushed to the area hospital and it was known that she was severely harmed.

Besides, the cops are in search of the accused who had escaped after the scene. However, the cases under Nirbhaya and POCSO Act were registered on Mehboob.

What is POCSO Act?
The resolution came at a time when there is a dispute within the country over atrocious crimes committed to an 8-year-old girl in Kathua. Straightaway, under the POCSO Act, the minimum punishment of raping a girl under 16 years of age has been increased from 10 years to 20 years. The minimum punishment assigned for raping children below 12 years will be 20 years of custody.

Even though the POCSO Act came into existence, still the situations are being typical and this becomes one of the examples.

Public talk:
# When Asifa(the minority girl) was raped by Hindu extremists, it became a national issue that Muslim are being treated badly in the country. Also the Central Govt - BJP was blamed for the incident happened. Reportedly, it was even said that Govt itself encourage Hindus to dominate Muslims.

# This is a case that, where Hindu girl was sexually assaulted by minority man. And now, why this hasn't become serious? When the situation is same in both the cases, why the girl hasn't got the Justice?

While Hindu girl being the rape victim, WHO SHOULD BE BLAMED?
