Drunken girl thrashed 48 yrs old man, dies

Hyderabad, Apr 23: Here is a ghastly accident has occurred, while a 48-year-old person was run over by an over-speeding car around midnight on Sunday near DAE Colony under the Kushaiguda police station limits.

The information reported that, The deceased identified as Ashok Kumar was a resident of Malkajgiri and was reportedly sleeping on the footpath when the accident took place.

According to the police, the car with four women was returning from Keesara after attending a party.

The details of the car driver are yet to be ascertained and police are also verifying whether the person driving the car was drunk when the incident occurred.

The victim was shifted to Gandhi Hospital after the mishap but he succumbed to death on the way.

A case is yet to be registered. Further details are awaited.
