Rape accused BJP MLA: Low status family, falsely accusing me

Lucknow, April 09: Uttar Pradesh government is surrounded by questions after the death of father of rape victim. BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar and his brother are the main accused in the rape case.

On the death of rape victim's father, Yogi aditynath said "It (death of rape victim's father) is an unfortunate incident. ADG Lucknow has been asked to probe the matter thoroughly. Those at fault, whoever they might be, will not be spared," Yogi

Meanwhile, accused BJP MLA-- Kuldeep Singh Sengar reached the CM's office in Lucknow today for a meeting. Speaking to reporters, the Bangarmau MLA denied the allegations against him and said he welcomed a probe into the incident.

"There is no allegation against me, I'm open to any kind of investigation. Strict action should be taken against the real culprit," he said.

He maintained the charges against him were part of a conspiracy."They belong to a low status family ('nimn star ke log hain')... This is a conspiracy by my opponents," he told reporters.
