Two kids killed after Compound wall collapsed on them

Medchal, Apr 03: In a tragic incident, Two children, aged six and seven, were killed in a wall collapse which took place in Medchal district on Monday evening.

The incident took place near Shamirpet area after a dilapidated wall collapsed while a group of children were playing near it. Two other kids also suffered injuries in the mishap and were admitted to a local hospital for treatment.

According to the police, the wall collapsed as it was in bad condition.

A case has been registered under section 174 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC) and an investigation is underway.
