New Delhi, Mar 22: BJP Leader Amit Shah has said that, "Elections are quite far off but I can assure you that we, both NDA and BJP, will get more seats than what we managed in 2014 and return to form the government."

The BJP president said the party will not be affected by TDP's recent exit from NDA. Without naming Andhra Pradesh, he stressed that going it alone might help BJP in some states, saying: "Maybe we are becoming bigger there."

Meanhwile, Amit Shah has reportedly readied up a fitting rebuttal of all the points raised by Chandrababu on the issue of assistance to Andhra Pradesh.

The letter, likely to be released on Thursday, will have a point-by-point rebuttal and explain in detail how Chandrababu had betrayed the Alliance Dharma

The letter will also lay bare Chandrababu’s behind the screen machinations to weaken the BJP. It will give complete details about how much the Centre has given and its promises for tomorrow. It will also seek to expose how Chandrababu Naidu has changed his stance on the issue of special status.
