Intermediate student brutally hacked to death

Hyderabad, Mar 12: In a brutal incident, A 19-year-old teenager was allegedly hacked to death by a group of four persons in Moosapet here on Monday morning.

According to the police, the incident occurred around 8 am when E Sudheer, an intermediate second-year student, was going on a bike along with two of his friends.

"Sudheer was going to write the Inter exam being held today. He was attacked at Moosapet by a group of four persons. He died on the spot and the suspects ran away after the incident," said Bhujanga Rao, ACP, Kukatpally.

On being informed, Kukatpally police reached the spot and the body was shifted to Gandhi Hospital morgue for autopsy.

A case has been booked and a probe is on. One person has reportedly been taken into custody in connection with the incident.
