Trump Trade war :India Cautious

Washington Mar 11: In a Move to ensure that More Jobs are created in the country and manufacturing Picks up in USA President Donald Trump has decided to start a Trade war and by imposing reciprocative Taxes on the imports received by the country.

The government has decided to impose 25% duty on steel and 10% on aluminum that is imported into the country. Currently neighbouring Countries Canada and Mexico are being exempt till the negotiations with these countries are finalized.

Trump has said that "A strong steel and aluminium industry are vital to our national security, absolutely vital… Steel is steel. If you don't have steel, you don't have a country."

Earlier too President has criticized Indian PM for imposing 50 % duty on import of Harley Davidson bikes to the country and decided that US Would impose similar taxes on Import of Indian bikes to the country.

India has not responded on the issue and is cautiously observing the impact of the decisions taken by US Government.
