Hyderabad Witness Heavy Heat

Hyderabad, Mar 08: Telugu States are all set to endure a hot summer as the Indian Meteorological Department has announced that over the next three months, a warmer summer can be expected.

The local weather office has predicted that temperature could touch 46-47 degree Celsius.

"North Telangana's temperature is expected to touch 46-47 degree Celsius in the coming summer season," India Meteorological Department (IMD)-Hyderabad official Raja Rao said.

The Met Department has previously stated that the pre-monsoon months will be warmer than normal and a heat wave is expected to hit 16 states in the country.

He further said at 37 degrees, Hyderabad has already experienced its highest temperature so far this season.
