Chandra Babu Completes 40 years in Political ERA

Amaravati, Feb 27: Chandra Babu Naidu has completed 40 years in Political Era here on today, Naidu began his political career by contesting as MLA for Chandragiri Assembly constituency on Indira Congress party symbol in 1978.

In this regard, IT minister Nara Lokesh Tweeted that, A name synonymous with hard work, a man who exemplified grit, a career determined by dedication to people, #CBNat40 is just getting started. #Leaderat40 #40yearsofglory



Before contesting the elections, Chandrababu was a research scholar at SVU. He organised election campaign with a group of 100 friends in the constituency when the people were against Indira Congress.

But, he and his friends covered all villages on foot and motorcycles. He was the first person in AP to conduct a survey prior to the elections. Chandrababu won as MLA with a majority of 2,494 votes.

Earlier, AP Cm has claimed that Andhra Pradesh will be number one state in the country by 2029.
