New Delhi Feb 23: Actor Kamal Hassan has entered into politics officially on Feb 21 and has announced the name of his party and has also unveiled his party flag during a public rally in Madurai on Wednesday.The Event was attended by Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal.

Kamal has said that his party name is ' Makkal Needhi Maiam' (Centre for People's Justice). He also unveiled the party’s symbol a Flag features six united hands — three each in white and red — with a white star in the middle.

Speaking at the Event Kamal has also remembered AP CM Chandrababu Naidu and said that he is my inspiration. kamal has added that "Last night, Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu asked me not to mind the left or right but just commit to action. Good and quality education must reach all sections of society. Games committed in the name of caste will have to be stopped. We will do it".

He added that "People ask if I'm left or right. That is why I have named my party - center (people justice center)."
