YS Jagan Faces Shocks in SC

New Delhi Feb 20: Andhra Pradesh Opposition leader YS Jagan has faced an embarrassment in Supreme court after the apex court had rejected a defamation plea filed by YSRCP MLA against a Newspaper that has published false articles against him.

The Supreme Court has said that the MLA that "You must develop some tolerance for write-ups. Just read it and laugh it off.Our conscience must provoke us into believing that it was defamatory".

Earlier the YSRCP MLA Rama Krishna Reddy had said that "A local Newspaper has reported that YS Jagan Met PM Modi in May 2017 to discuss personal issues but he has raised farmers issues".

Earlier the High court had rejected the plea and the petitioner has approached SC.
