CBI arrests Rotomac Company MD

New Delhi Feb 19: Another bank fraud has been exposed recently.Rotomac pen company is accused of duping Rs 800 crore from various PSU banks. However, a new revelation has emerged that the Loan scam has reached out to Rs3,695 crore of bank loan.

Currently, CBI had filed a case against Kanpur-based Rotomac Global Pvt. ltd, its director Vikram Kothari, his wife Sadhana Kothari, and son Rahul Kothari and unidentified bank officials.

Sources said that the CBI had already arrested the Rotomac Company MD after a complaint has filed by Bank of Baroda. The agency searched three locations in Kanpur, including Kothari's residence and office premises.
