Kamal hassan meets Rajnikanth ahead of his political yatra

Chennai Feb 19: Actor Kamal Hassan who is currently preparing for a political yatra in Tamilnadu. Actor Kamal Haasan on Sunday called on DMK patriarch M. Karunanidhi and friend, co-star and aspiring politician Rajinikanth at their residences ahead of the launch of his political party, scheduled for February 21.

Sources said that "Mr. Haasan first met Mr. Rajinikanth at the latter's bungalow in Poes Garden on Sunday afternoon and remained closeted with him for around 15 minutes."

The meeting assumes significance because there are speculations that both new actors would become allies in upcoming elections.Rajnikanth has said that Kamal has not entered politics for money or fame but to serve the people.
