Mumbai Hospital clarifies on health of Goa CM Parrikar

Mumbai Feb 19: The Lilavathi Hospital in Mumbai had clarified about the health reports of GOA CM Manohar Parrikar.Earlier there were reports that the CM was suffering from Cancer and he was being diagnosed for the disease.

The Hospital has denied such reports and issued a clarification.As per the clarification issued the CM has been treated for Stomach pain because of food poisoning. The CM Office has said that Manohar Parrikar was undergoing a routine Checkup.

Govt officials have said that "He was examined at the Goa Medical College last night, where doctors established the cause of his illness as food poisoning. He was rushed to Lilavati hospital in Mumbai today (Thursday) for further examination."
