Centre summons to AP officials to Delhi

Vijayawada, Feb 16: The Prime Minister's Office has summoned Andhra Pradesh officials to New Delhi to discuss the implementation of promises given under AP Reorganization act, allocation of funds and utilization.

The meeting between central and state officials will be held on February 21 and 22 in the national capital.

Secretaries of key departments from the centre will also join the meeting. The state officials were asked to bring all documents pertaining to the fulfilment of the promises including sanction of central institutions and progress in Kadapa Steel factory.

CM Naidu said that Andhra Pradesh had not got what was due from the Centre as per the AP Reorganisation Act, 2014.
