ED Attaches RS 5100 Cr of Nirav Modi properties ,Jewellery,Gems

New Delhi Feb 16: The Enforcement Directorate has conducted Raids at various jewelry shops and residence of Nirav Modi who is the main accused in RS 11400 cr scam in Punjab national bank.
The ED has conducted searches at properties linked to him in Mumbai, Delhi, and Gujarat and has seized gold and diamond jewelry and precious stones worth Rs 5,100 crore.
Sources said that As many as 17 locations in Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Jaipur, and Surat were raided by the agency and nearly 5 properties were attached.
Earlier PNB on Thursday had stated that a massive scam of RS 11400 Cr took place from 2011 and we have identified in January and informed the CBI and ED.
Meanwhile, CBI and ED have written to Ministry of External Affairs to revoke the Passport of Nirav Modi and his family members .
