Rabada fined for breaching ICC code of conduct

New Delhi, Feb 14: South Africa's fast bowler Kasigo Rabada has been fined 15 percent of his match fee and handed one demerit point for conduct during the fifth ODI against India, the ICC said on Wednesday.

Rabada, after dismissing India opener Shikhar Dhawan in the eight over of the fifth ODI, waved at the departing batsman and also made a comment which could have resulted in a reaction from the batsman.

Rabada has been found guilty of a Level 1 breach of the ICC Code of Conduct for Players and Player Support Personnel during Tuesday's ODI against India in Port Elizabeth, which the visitors won by 73 runs to take a 4-1 lead in the six-match series.
