Padmaavat touches 250 crore collections

Mumbai, Feb 12: After performing exceptionally well in the first two weeks, Padmavat started its third week with the similar performance.

Usually, in the third week, most of the films fail to maintain themselves but it is not the case with Padmaavat. Despite the release of a new release on this Friday, the film did not show any sign of slowing down. It remained unaffected due to competition from Padman. On Saturday, the movie made a big jump and witnessed over 75% growth at the box office.

Having a look at the 2nd Saturday growth, Padmavat 3rd Sunday collection would enjoy a good number at the box office. It is expected to show around 15- 20% growth from yesterday and would settle in the range of 7 – 7.5 crores. With this, it would easily surpass 250 crores mark. This is big achievement despite a less number of screens.
