CBI orders an internal inquiry over its report Found in Chidambaram's House

New Delhi Feb 9: In a major development ED has seized a CBI status report which is to be filed in the court from the former finance minister P Chidambaram house during a raid conducted by the agency. ED has written to CBI in this regard and has confirmed the seizure of the report.

Sources indicate that the report seized belongs to the Aircel Maxis case in which Karti Chidambaram is an accused and currently ED is probing the matter. Recently CBI had ordered an internal inquiry into this case of how the documents have reached the former Finance ministers house.

Meanwhile, some people have demanded the arrest of Congress leader but the leader has not responded to the development and said that I would not comment on the cases.
