AP Bandh Successful

Amravati Feb 9: The Andrapradesh Politics is taking new turn these days as the whole state has come to a standstill on Thursday demanding the central government to fulfill its promises of granting special package as announced for the state and they have also urged the government to allocate funds in this regard.

Many parties have supported the bandh and the State came to halt.Many people have voluntarily supported the bandh and have closed the shops and business. The Public transport in 13 districts was halted and the buses were permitted to deposit.

Many peoples organizations have also participated in the bandh.people from YSRCP, CPI, Congress, Jansena have participated in the protests and held dharnas .some TDP activists have also held rallies.

Police have said that bandh was peaceful and no violence took place in the state. Film critic and kathi Mahesh has also taken part in the band has said that "I am supporting the bandh and it is high time that center agrees to demands of AP".
