Arjun Reddy director penned a script for Mahesh Babu

Hyderabad, Jan 29: The Tollywood director Sandeep Reddy Vanga is the cynosure of all eyes following his path-breaking debut film Arjun Reddy starring Vijay Deverakonda, which took the box-office by storm, leaving critics and audiences in awe.

Now he is also going to helm the Hindi remake of Arjun Reddy in which Arjun Kapoor will play the lead role.

It has also come out that Sandeep Reddy has also pitched a story to superstar Mahesh Babu who is currently busy in Srimanthudu fame Koratala Siva's upcoming political thriller drama 'Bharat Ane Nenu' in which Kiara Advani is playing the female lead.

The sources say that Sandeep Reddy Vanga has pitched a story idea which Mahesh Babu really liked. He’s been asked to develop the idea and come up with the full script to take a final call.

If everything will go accordingly, the upcoming project will be Mahesh's 26th film. Incidentally, Sandeep wanted to make his debut with a movie titled 'Sugar Factory'. It remains to be seen if Mahesh Babu preferred the same script or asked the director to come up with any other script.
