Currently, there is no historic books evidence which describe her but the Chittorgarh Fort of Rajputs represents that a queen has existed and Currently there is only one reference of her mentioned in Author jayasi in his poems.

The story of Rani Padmavati according to the author is as follows

Padmavati/Padmini is the daughter of Sinhala (Sri Lanka) king.she was a great warrior and she has fought with many kings in the selection of her bridegroom.later she married to Rajput king Chittorgarh King Raja Ratan Singh and they live in the Chittorgarh fort. Later Allauddin
Khilji tried to invade the kingdom and he was defeated by king Raja Ratan Singh.

Later Khilji on the pretext of compromise enters the fort and captures the King and later kills him later he tries to capture The Queen Padmavati but she escapes from him and commits self-immolation along with other women in the kingdom.

currently, there are locations to indicate that the queen has self-immolated herself and the place where she died Johar kund is located nearby Chittorgarh.

Many Rajputs treat her with great pride and they believe that she is a great inspiration for them as she stood up to Muslim invasion and not compromised herself.
