Hyderabad, Jan 23: The Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu directed officials to protect the interests of farmers by providing Minimum support price for paddy.
In a teleconference conducted from Davos on Tuesday.The Chief Minister said the farmers achieved a good yield in Krishna district due to Pattiseema Lift Irrigation scheme.
He said both the agricultural and civil supplies officials should act in a coordination to provide Minimum Support Price for paddy.
The Chief Minister asked Krishna district Collector B Lakshmikantham to take initiative to provide MSP to paddy.
