Days after four top Supreme Court judges took on the functioning of the Supreme Court and case allocation, a three-judge bench headed by Chief Justice of India Dipak Misra is scheduled to hear Justice BH Loya "sudden" death case. The judges are expected to hear the petitions seeking an independent probe into Judge Loya's Death.
