National Herald case: Subramanian Swamy produces IT order

NewDelhi Jan 20: The National Herald Case has taken another turn today after BJP MP Subramanian Swamy has submitted some crucial documents in the Court.The MP has submitted an Income tax Assesment order which claims that the National Herald transaction is bogus.
Dr. Swamy has said that "the court has accepted the documents and these prove my case and the next hearing of the case would be in March". Earlier Congress leader Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi were granted bail in the case.
The Income-tax order has also said that "The Young Indian Controlled by Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Vadra has hidden an income of Rs 414 Cr and the transactions of acquiring of national herald by Young Indian is a premeditated scheme of tax evasion, adventure, fradulent, involved in hawala nature activities."
