Pak PM :No action against Hafiz Saeed

Islamabad Jan 18: Pakistan Prime Minister has made another controversial statement and said that "Pakistan will not act against Hafiz Saeed 'sahib' as there is no case registered against him in the country."The Pakistan PM has also given a clean chit to 2008 Mumbai attacks in India.

The chief of the Jamaat-ud-Dawah (JuD), was released from house arrest in Pakistan in November. Earlier the US has labeled JuD the terrorist front for the Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) which was responsible for carrying the 2008 Mumbai attack that killed 166 people.

The Pakistan PM has made the above statement during an interview why there was no action against UN-designated terrorist.Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has said that "there is no case against Hafiz Saeed Sahib in Pakistan. Only when there is a case can there be an action".
