Andhra Pradesh Excise Minister injured in car accident

West Godavari,Jan 12: The Andhra Pradesh Excise Minister K S Jawahar has met with an accident on the national highway in Nallajarla near Bheemadol of West Godavari district.

The car in which the Minister was traveling in was hit from behind and the vehicle was partially damaged in the accident.

The Minister who was returning from Anantapur after attending Janmabhoomi, Maa Ooru program sustained minor injuries.

Other cars in the Minister’s convoy also got damaged in the mishap.

According to the sources, police have taken the car driver and car involved in the accident into custody.
