Aadhaar; UIDAI SMS flaw allows others to see your bank details

An SMS flaw in UIDAI's service has came in open which allows anyone who has your Aadhaar number to figure out your bank details.
The flaw resides in a USSD service that UIDAI publicly shared in December last year.
User will just have to dial *99*99*1 and a dialogue box will appear prompting for Aadhaar number.
When Aadhaar number is entered, then the service will show whether a bank account is linked with this Aadhaar number or not. If an account is linked then it will get displayed.
The flaw is that it doesn't ask for any security cose or question due to which anyone can enter others Aadhaar card number and will get to know which bank account do they have.
