CBSE announces exam dates of Class X and XII

New Delhi Jan 11: Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the schedule for exams for Class 10 and Class 12. The exams would be starting from March 5.

The Class 10 Exams would be starting from March 10 and would be concluded on April 4. Nearly 16,38,552 students are expected to appear in the exams.The first exam for Class X is of the subject Information and Communication Technology and the final exam would be Painting.

The Class XII Exams would be starting from March 5 and would be concluded on April 12 . The first Exam for Class XII would be English paper and the last exam would be Home Science.

Theis would be the first board exam for Class X students after the CBSE decided to junk the Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) and reintroduce the board exams.

CBSE has said that "the students can check and download the date of the CBSE Board Examinations on the official portal of the CBSE -- cbse.nic.in."
