Rishi son-in-law of Infosys Narayana Murthy joins British PM govt

London, Jan 10: In the recent reshuffle of ministers and secretaries, British Prime Minister Theresa May inducted Indian-origin lawmaker Rishi Sunak into her government. He is being appointed as an under secretary of state in Britain's Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government.

Rishi Sunak MP is the son-in-law of Infosys co-founder NR Narayana Murthy.

"Rishi Sunak MP becomes Parliamentary Under Secretary of State at Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government," tweeted May's Office.
