AP CM to visit Kurnool on Jan 7

Kurnool, Jan 06: The Kurnool District Superintendent of Police (SP) Gopinath Jetty on Friday has said that Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu will be visiting Siddapuram village in Kurnool on January 7. We have taken up necessary bandobast arrangement for his visit, he said.

The SP has said 12 Sub Divisional Police Officers (SDPOs), 31 Circle Inspectors, 89 Sub Inspectors, 144 Assistant Sub Inspectors and Head Constables, 500 constables, 65 women constables, 260 home guards, 6 special party forces and 6 platoons of Armed Reserved Police personnel have been marked for Chief Minister's visiting areas.

He directed the personnel to be cautious while discharging duties. Drone cameras have been pressed into service to cover Chief Minister's meeting. The process would also be monitored with the help of manual cameras.

The officials were instructed to take up precautionary measures to prevent untoward incidents. They were asked to check the place of CM's visit with bomb squad and dog squad teams.

Additional Superintendent of Police (ASPs), P Shaik Sha Vali, I Venkatesh, Sub Divisional Police Officers (SDPOs), Khader Basha and Vinod Kumar and Circle Inspectors were present.
