Minister KTR surprise visit to Sircilla, inspects ongoing works

Rajanna-Sircilla, Jan 05: The Telangana Minister for Information Technology minister KT Rama Rao on Thursday made a surprise visit to Rajanna-Sircilla district and directed officials to complete all pending development works without further delay.

Even senior officials and TRS leaders were unaware of the visit that was going to take place. The entire district administration was on its toes.

The IT minister reviewed various development works. He inspected construction of apartments under the double bedroom scheme at Tangallampally and other places and asked officials to speed up works.

He also visited the driving school being constructed in the same village and informed officials to inaugurate it on Telangana Formation Day celebrations. He also wanted the officials to finish works by that time.

Later, he also inspected the works of roads, junctions and others in Sircilla town. The Minister also flagged off two ambulances at Yellamma junction petrol bunk.

Later, he drove down to Malkapeta of Konaraopet mandal to inspect underground tunnel works of the reservoir.
