CM KCR congratulates NSS award winners of Telangana

Hyderabad, Jan 03: The Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao congratulated the Telangana volunteers who received the prestigious National Service Scheme (NSS) awards from the Centre.
The Telangana State received four NSS awards at the national level for the year 2016-17 given by the Union Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports last month.
The Best Unit Award was won by Anurag Group of Institutes in Ghatkesar in Medchal district.
The Best Programme Officer Award went to C. Mallesh of Anurag Group, Best Volunteers Award to T. Naveen (Osmania University Arts College) and P. Lalit Aditya (JNTU-Hyderabad).
Government Whip Palla Rajeshwar Reddy, NSS former State Liaison Officer M.S.N. Reddy took part in the award presentation programme.
