Telangana BC Comission to conduct a survey

Hyderabad Dec 23: Telangana State BC Commission is preparing to conduct a survey which will help the State government in formulating new welfare schemes and projects for the welfare of Backward Classes.

Senior officials said that "preparations are on to take up the survey with a special focus on the development of people from Backward Classes."

"We had recently taken up a survey to enumerate the number of people hailing from Backward Classes so that we can provide them with tailor-made welfare schemes and projects" a senior official from the Commission said.

sources said that "As part of the survey, officials gather information pertaining to people’s education status, employment, quality of life, caste, economic and residential status."
