Sachin Speech interrupted in Rajyasabha

New Delhi Dec 21: A new wonder took place in the parliament. Rajyasabha MP Sachin Tendulkar had raised to speak on an issue but the house was disrupted by the Congress.

Sachin had raised a discussion on the sports and it was his maiden speech but the Congress had raised slogans in the house and he couldn't speak.

Rajya Sabha Chairman M Venkaiah intervened and urged the members not to disrupt the house and said that members should respect the cricketer and he is a Bharat Ratna awardee.The chairman has said that every youngster is inspired for his cricket.

This was an embarrassment for the cricketer.Earlier there were allegations that the cricketer would never attend the house and members urged him to resign from the membership.
